My name’s Cat Jones and I’m a journalist and foodie. I live in London, enjoy cooking and I’m always keen to try different foods. Sometimes it goes wrong – the muddy, gritty snails I ate in Morocco sent me hurtling to the bathroom. Other times, I discover something amazing. Who knew bombay mix covered in melted chocolate would be so delicious? So I’m putting myself forward as a guinea pig, trying out as many weird, wonderful and exotic cuisines as I can.
